everything was amazing, quiet location close to the lake, the staff were well-trained. i got free upgrade and appreciated it. had exceptional service.

It is a creative hotel and I loved its pleasantly decorated rooms and outstanding personnel. Super breakfast, thoughtful service. The beach is perfect and the views are great.

Everything was great, PARTICULARLY HELPFUL staff made our stay amazing. Non-smoking and immaculate units with bathtub. Central location, just a pleasant stroll away from The Flower Clock.

The staff was welcoming at all times. I had functional room with a television and bathtub, as for instance. Overall clean and nice budget hotel in Eaux-Vives district. Moreover, it was adjacent to the lake, centre.

Perfectly pleasant overall experience. We liked hotel's good reception. Room had an excellant bathroom and central heating, a safe and a mini-fridge-bar.

The staff were ready to help, always outstandingly helpful. I had classic double guest room with a television and bathtub, for example. Lighting was warm. Attentive service and fair value. Could use their handy parking. The weather was warm, had lovely stay.

Simple hotel, especially helpful staff, cheap food. Soft beds, terrace, WiFi and hairdryer in the room. We appreciated the local beach near our property. Again, a scenic lakeside park was within walking distance. Reasonable location with great restaurant nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, the breakfast was fine! The room was very clean and equipped with a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a personal safe. In addition, free Wi Fi was useful. Great location, only about 20 minutes' walk to Geneva center.

There's bad smell in some areas.
